Many single-storey extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions fall under permitted development, so full planning isn’t always needed. We’ll check your property and advise before any work starts.
Yes. We manage building regulations approval and inspections, so your project is properly signed off and you receive the certificates you need.
It depends on the size and type of work. As a guide, garage conversions take around 3–5 weeks, loft conversions 6–10 weeks and single-storey extensions 10–14 weeks. We agree a clear programme with you before we start.
In most cases, yes. We plan the work to keep disruption to a minimum and will talk you through the best approach for your project.
